India Ratings & Research has affirmed IND A+ rating on Base1 III Tier II Bonds of Karur Vysya Bank with stable outlook.
"Instruments with IND A+ ratings are considered to have an adequate degree of safety regarding timely servicing of financial obligations. Such instruments carry low credit risk," company said.
Shares of Karur Vysya Bank are trading at Rs 55.40, down Rs 1.35, or 2.38% at the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on Friday at 12:02 p.m.
The scrip has touched an intra-day high of Rs 57 and low of Rs 54.65. The total volume of shares traded at the BSE is 233,924.
In the earlier session, the shares climbed 4.42%, or Rs 2.4, at Rs 56.75.
Currently, the stock is trading down 7.12% from its 52-week high of Rs 59.65 and above 205.23% over the 52-week low of Rs 18.15.
